CPKS Tracker slight problem

I don't know why when I edit the tracker by changing the offline to online - it wouldn't work!! That means for short - PENGUINS CAN'T PUT THE TRACKER ON THEIR SITE!! =( 

Here's what we have to do:

Once you are online CPKS, go to Edit Posts and publish the CPKS tracker "online" post and write your name down telling you're online. 

If you're going offline , go back to edit posts and find the "Offline" tracker post. 

To say the truth - I CAN edit the tracker - only then - the HTML code would be different :( I'd try to fix the problem
