Rule: Members Read This!

Okay, I was bored so I started reading the Club Penguin Terms Of Use which, I have to say, are really boring.

Anyway, I read a few sentences of every subject and then on the rules I saw this:
  • Don't use or submit anything that contains a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise tampers with, impairs or damages the DIMG Sites or any connected network, or otherwise interferes with any person or entity's use or enjoyment of the DIMG Sites.
Don't worry if you don't understand this. I hardly did. And I go to private school.
Anyway, translation:

Don't use or submit (send in) anything that contains (has a something in which is:) a virus or any other harmful piece or which steals, changes or ruins anything on the Club Penguin or Disney sites or anything which interferes (messes with) with anyone's penguin, account, or the level of fun-ness (measured on a funometer!) people get out of CP.

(You can swap the words in italics with the words in the brackets next to them)

Which simplifies even more into:
Don't use Penguin Storm or any other third-party software (By the way third-party means something that works with something else but isn't by the same person as the something else is by) and don't hack or stop people enjoying playing Club Penguin.

So, I'd just like to add another rule (which won't be onto the Rules list) saying PLEASE can we not talk about any third party software or how to hack or anything like that. You can say you got hacked and stuff like that. :)
If you do we will warn you but this won't count as a Warning. So we'll tell you not to do it again but even if you do you won't be deleted. If you do it too much though, we might have to conclude into deleting you. :)

So yes.

Disney uses such POSH words such as: APPLICABLE, LIABILITY, FRAUDULENT, MISREPRESENTATION.

WHAT THE HELL?! How are we meant to understand that!? Yeah, you might be able to but I bet you can't understand the whole of the T&C's.

So yesss... BYE!
